Moshe Pleaded 515 Prayers to Merit the Light of the Chashmal to Set the Whole World Ablaze for Hashem • Parshat Va'eschanan from the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

What did Moshe Rabbeinu request in five hundred and fifteen prayers, and how does the Tzaddik set the entire world ablaze with a flaming fire for Him, may He be blessed?
"Every Jew is sparks of fire! Every Jew is a flame of G-d!" - Parshat Va'eschanan from the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a
"And I pleaded with Hashem at that time, saying"
"And I pleaded with Hashem at that time, saying: Let me cross over, I pray You, and see the good land... You have begun to show Your servant Your greatness and Your strong hand, for what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do according to Your works and according to Your mighty deeds." Moshe Rabbeinu (Moses our Teacher) led the Jewish people out of Egypt with the Clouds of Glory, brought the ten plagues, and afterwards the splitting of the Red Sea. Following this, he brought them the Torah and the Clouds of Glory. Everyone heard the Ten Commandments; he brought them the Clouds of Glory, the Manna was his, and the Well of Miriam—everything was in the merit of Moshe Rabbeinu. After all this, Moshe says "Va'eschanan" (and I pleaded). Moshe begins to plead five hundred and fifteen supplications and requests—five hundred and fifteen prayers as long as the sea, as deep as the sea, longer than the earth and deeper than the sea. No human being can grasp what Moshe prayed in these five hundred and fifteen prayers.
For seven days, starting on the 1st of Adar and finishing on the 7th of Adar, he offered five hundred and fifteen prayers for all of the Jewish people, so that anyone who uses the prayers of Moshe Rabbeinu—no one will be able to stand before him; not Arabs, not Nazis, not terrorists—no one will be able to stand before him. Whoever merits to use the five hundred and fifteen prayers of Moshe Rabbeinu—this is what Moshe pleaded for: "And I pleaded with Hashem at that time, saying." He requested from Hashem the angel Or-Paniel; "I want the angel Or-Paniel." The Megaleh Amukos (a classic Kabbalistic work) says in section 174 that the angel Or-Paniel should go with me.
For Moshe Rabbeinu had already merited to draw down all the Clouds of Glory that came from Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Nuriel, but he also wanted the angel Or-Paniel, which has the numerical value (Gematria) of Chashmal (Divine brilliance/energy), then a person becomes entirely "Chashmal." If a person merits the angel Or-Paniel, who is the numerical value of Chashmal, then he becomes entirely Chashmal.
When a person is a flaming fire for Hashem, may He be blessed! A flaming fire is a scorching fire! "A constant fire shall burn on the Altar; it shall not go out"—it is a fire that burns twenty-four hours a day! A person burns for twenty-four hours! He cannot sleep, he cannot eat, because of the intensity of the fire burning within him. This is why people turn to crime—stealing, robbing, hitting, murdering. It is because of the intensity of the fire burning within them; a Jew is entirely a flaming fire, so there is a Jew who is entirely a flaming fire. But if a person does not know where the fire comes from—that the fire comes from Above. The fire comes from the Merkavah (Divine Chariot), "Its interior is paved with love from the daughters of Jerusalem... its chariot is purple... its sparks are sparks of fire, a flame of G-d."
Every Jew is sparks of fire! Every Jew is a flame of G-d! Every Jew is a scorching flame day and night! So, the moment he knows that this fire comes from Above, it is not a fire of crime, it is not a fire of sin. It is a fire whose root is in the Holy of Holies, its root is between the Cherubim in the Holy Temple. Therefore, a pillar of fire rose from the camp of Israel, which was over the Mishkan (Tabernacle) day and night. They saw a pillar of fire! "And the cloud by day, fire shall be by day"—the final letters of this phrase [in Hebrew] spell "Moshe." For Moshe himself was the pillar of fire that dwelt upon the cloud. And against the pillar of fire of Moshe, no creature in the world could stand! No creature. And Moshe Rabbeinu pleaded and requested: Master of the Universe, give me the angel Or-Paniel, then I will be entirely Chashmal! A person is transformed entirely into Chashmal; Chashmal burns everyone, sets everyone ablaze. Either he brings them back in Teshuvah (repentance), or they are eliminated and lost! A person is entirely Chashmal; whoever touches him, he electrifies them. He is entirely a flaming fire; whoever just touches him is immediately electrified! From this, we must burn for Hashem, may He be blessed! A person must "electrify" the whole world.
And this is why Moshe Rabbeinu—he only had to arrive; he just arrived in Egypt and he electrified all of the Jewish people! He informed them of the Geulah (Redemption): "And the children of Israel went up armed (chamushim) from the land of Egypt"—one out of five, one out of fifty, one out of five hundred. But then, whoever listens to the voice of Moshe—then a maidservant at the sea saw what [the prophet] Yechezkel ben Buzi did not see. And whoever believed in Moshe, whoever followed Moshe, whoever was attached to Moshe—even an Egyptian maidservant had simplicity and Emunah (faith) in Moshe! "This is my G-d and I will glorify Him"—she heard the Ten Commandments, so she certainly saw Divine visions! He showed them all the heavens; Moshe showed them all the heavens above and all the depths below—"There is none else besides Him!"
