Yesterday, the night of 23 Tevet 5782—members of the holy community of Breslov Shuvu Banim celebrated the Yom Ginusa D’Malka—the 84th birthday of our teacher, the holy gaon and righteous tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a.

The gathering was joyous and awe-inspiring. Thousands came to the birthday celebration, which was held in the city streets with musical instruments and sacred dances, as our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a conducted the choir from the balcony.

Baruch Hashem that we merited this. Only a short time has passed since the joy of our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a’s release, and already we are privileged to celebrate the birthday with the tzaddik.

May it be Hashem’s will that we merit to see and celebrate many more birthdays with our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a, with long life, with health, and with the revelation of his splendor.

May our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a continue to lead the flock of his pasture, together with all of the people of Israel, to the coming of our righteous Mashiach and the building of our Holy Temple, with abundant mercy.
