Affixing of a Mezuzah and a L'chaim Ceremony by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for the New Building of the 'Emunat Tzion' Talmud Torah

On Friday, the 16th of Shevat, the week of Parshas Beshalach, the Rav shlit"a (Rabbi Berland) arrived at the magnificent new building of the 'Emunat Tzion' Talmud Torah (boys' elementary school), part of the 'Nachalei Netzach' institutions headed by the venerable Chassid, Rabbi Shmuel Stern shlit"a, one of the Rav's greatest students. As mentioned, the Rav shlit"a first recited the blessing 'on the affixing of a Mezuzah' at the entrance of the new building located on Adler Street in the Holy City of Jerusalem (may it be rebuilt and established speedily in our days). Afterwards, he made a L'chaim (toast) in honor of the occasion. Upon its conclusion, the Rav shlit"a toured the new classrooms together with Rabbi Shmuel Stern shlit"a, the head of the institutions, and his son, Rabbi Mordechai, the principal of the Talmud Torah. The Rav shlit"a did not hide his admiration for the magnificent facility, which is fitting for teaching Torah to the young children of the flock. Upon leaving, the Rav shlit"a praised the 'Emunat Tzion' Talmud Torah and the staff who perform holy work in raising these 'young kids' (children) for the service of Hashem, may He be blessed. It should be noted that in recent days, the Rav shlit"a has strengthened the registration for Rabbi Shmuel Stern's institutions and encouraged the public who desire to do so to study at the 'Emunat Tzion' Talmud Torah.
