“The Bnei Yissaschar explains that the fifteenth day of Av is a day of the creation of the world—then the world of souls was created, and a person receives a new soul. For the 25th of Elul is the creation of Heaven and earth, but the souls were created on the fifteenth of Av. Each and every person receives a new soul, in the merit of the dancing and the circle-dances. Therefore, we need to dance and rejoice all day and all night, until each person receives a new soul—and may there be the complete Geulah speedily in our days, Amen.”
