Master of the World, Almighty, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, merit us at the Molad (birth of the new moon) of Sivan at 1:04 and 9 chalakim past midnight, to receive the Torah anew, in the secret of "a new offering to Hashem" (Mincha Chadasha l'Hashem). For at the moment of the Molad, one merits to hear all the voices of the Ten Commandments, the Giving of the Torah (Mattan Torah). For the Ten Commandments, specifically the first commandment "I am Hashem your G-d etc. [Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage]" has the gematria (numerical value) of the Seven Shepherds: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, Joseph, and David, and of the four Matriarchs: Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah [= 2495]. And then the heels of Leah connect with the Keter (crown) of Rachel, and from the sole of the heels of Leah, the Keter of Rachel is created, in the secret of "Upon Edom I will cast my shoe." And then all the nations of the world heard all the Ten Commandments in all seventy languages, and they all converted at that moment, even Midian and Egypt, as it is written that five cities will speak the language of Canaan, and all of Egypt will call upon the Name of Hashem and swear by the Name of Hashem. And the kingdom that does not ascend to Jerusalem on the festival of Sukkot in the future to come—rain will not fall upon it. For "geshem" (rain) has the gematria of 343, which is the gematria of what Hashem said to Abraham: "Go for yourself (Lech Lecha) from your land, from your birthplace, and from your father's house," because "Abram Lech Lecha" is the gematria of "Geshem" [= 343 = 7 × 7 × 7].
