"Now, ten yeshiva students from the Chispin Yeshiva in the Golan near Kinar were killed. Two were killed [as a result of] an entire building exploding upon them, and seven entered inside a tunnel that was completely booby-trapped. It is all because there are still girls who have not lengthened their skirts. Every girl must know that if she does not lengthen her skirt, another hundred people are killed; every day another hundred people are killed.
