Participation in the Torah Scroll of Rabbi Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) which Brought About the Release of the Hostages

The entire People of Israel is excited for the return of all the hostages, with Hashem's help, in the coming day—exactly two years after they were in the pit of captivity in Gaza.

And see a wondrous thing regarding the power of the Tzaddik, our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), who instructed nearly two years ago on the 24th of Tevet 5784 to write a Torah scroll for the elevation of the souls of all those murdered on Simchat Torah, and for the release of all the hostages held in Gaza.

And these were his holy words during a lesson held at the beginning of the writing of the Torah scroll on the 24th of Tevet: "Now we are writing a Torah scroll in order to save all the hostages. A Torah scroll that will include all of the People of Israel, for the release of the hostages and for the elevation of the souls of all those murdered."

Behold, in the original plan, they were supposed to finish the Torah scroll after one year, but in a wondrous way, there were immense mneiot (obstacles) and the work on the scroll was delayed until they finished the Torah scroll just in the last few days before the holiday of Sukkot.

And on the very same day that they finished the Torah scroll, just a few hours after the completion of the scroll, United States President Trump announced the agreement for the release of all the hostages.

It is unbelievable to tell how our teacher, the Rav, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, recommended and foresaw that this Torah scroll would release the hostages, and exactly now they have finished writing the Torah scroll.

This is the personal Torah scroll of our teacher, the Rav, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, which accompanies him on all his journeys.

And with Hashem's help, this coming Simchat Torah, our teacher, the Rav, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, will already be dancing with this scroll.
