About a week ago, our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), went on a short vacation in order to gather strength and continue to ascend in the work of bringing merit to the public (zichuy harabbim), which he performs with great self-sacrifice (mesirus nefesh), day and night. However, while most of the world is accustomed to reducing their involvement in Torah study and the service of Hashem (G-d) during vacation, with the Tzaddik, the opposite is true. Our teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, continues at all times to study Torah with intensity, as he is occupied day and night with the service of Hashem with great exertion.

Indeed, even in his holy home (naaveh kodesh), the Rav does not leave the holy work for a moment, but there, the Rav shlit"a is constantly occupied with bringing merit to the public. Now, the Rav shlit"a can utilize every moment for Torah study and prayer with intensity.
