Prayer Before the Priestly Blessing

Master of the Universe, Omnipotent One, through the Priestly Blessing we ascend to the Kesser (Crown) of Adam Kadmon (the Primordial Man, the highest spiritual realm), from where all blessings originate. From there flows the ancient brook, the brook of Kishon, which drowned the 900 iron chariots [of Sisera] and shifted the stars from their orbits. Then the verse was fulfilled: "Sun, stand still upon Gibeon, and Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the nation had avenged themselves of their enemies" (Joshua 10:12-13). With the help of Hashem, may He be blessed, in the merit of the Priestly Blessing, may the One Hashem be revealed to us now—Mashiach ben David (= 435) in the blink (keheref = 305) of an eye (ayin = 130) [305 + 130 = 435]. The sun and moon are now ascending to the firmament of Zevul, and they will not descend until arrows and spears are shot at them, for they are protecting the honor of the son of Amram (Moses). Regarding this it is said: "Sun (shemesh = 640) upon Gibeon (b'Giv'on = 133) stand still (dom = 50), and Moon (v'yareach = 224) in the valley (b'emek = 212) of Ajalon (Ayalon = 97). And the sun (vayidom = 66 hashemesh = 645) stood still, and the moon (v'yareach = 224) stayed (amad = 114), until (ad = 74) the nation had avenged (yikom = 156) themselves (goy = 19) of their enemies (oyvav = 35)" [totaling 2689]. And in this merit, to subdue the 11 chieftains of Esau [2689 + 11 = 2700], because (ki = 30) my intention (kavanati = 486) is to unify (l'yachada = 53) the Name (Shma = 341) of the Holy One (d'Kudsha = 415), Blessed (Brich = 232) is He (Hu = 12), and His Shechinah (Divine Presence) (u'Shechinteh = 801), in awe (b'dchilu = 60) and love (u'rchimu = 270) [which altogether equals 2700].
