Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, please “Creator (209) of remedies (693) awesome (257) in His praises (841)” like you saved Daniel the charming (464) man (311) = 2775 from 1464 lions, so too please save me, and the operation will pass with success.

AND I WILL NOT BE ILL EVER AGAIN, AND THERE WILL BE FULFILLED IN ME THE VERSE,

And fulfil in me the saying, “and they were brought to Zion (156) the holy (414) mountain (205)” and in the merit of this hear my prayers, like it’s written, “show me (267) your (401) appearance (271), let me hear (495) your (401) voice (156)” = 2000.
