For the foundation of the Nukva reaches the line, and the entire gathering of kindnesses of the foundation of the masculine and all the kindnesses in the world are revealed in the molad of the month of Mar-Cheshvan. Therefore, in the molad of Mar-Cheshvan, all the severities of the new year arrive, because at the moment the molad of Mar-Cheshvan enters, all the judgments of the new year are revealed through the light emanating from the 'Forehead of Will,' which is the Name Mah, for it requires 2,000 years to sweeten all the judgments in the Nukva.

For then, in the month of Mar-Cheshvan, Sameach-Ron, Choshen-Mor, the illumination of the Attika Kaddisha shines in perfection without any blemish, and the light that shines in the month of Sameach-Ron has no dimness and no weakness, but shines in all its splendor and all its power until Mashiach ben David comes.
