For the time of the new moon of the month of Iyar 5778

The new moon of Sivan, Tuesday morning at 6:00, and six parts.

It is said about this, "On this day they came to the wilderness of Sinai," that on this day all worlds were carved and completed. And about this day it is said, 'If He had brought us to Mount Sinai and not given us the Torah,' because on this day all the gates of the heavens were opened, and all fifty gates of understanding were revealed in all their laws, generalities, and details. For on this day, all of Israel was elevated to the World of Atzilut, and their impurity ceased, and they were included in the seven heavens, with the heaven of Aravot, about which Moshe said, "Let me pass, I pray, and see," says the Megaleh Amukot that he wanted to be included and reach the heaven of Aravot. About this, it is said in Bava Kamma 84: Hurkanus from within the heaven of Aravot, and Aristobulus from outside in the veil.

From the moment of the new moon, it is already possible to hear the Ten Commandments, "a great voice that did not cease," "Moshe would speak, and Hashem would answer him with a voice," for the Ten Commandments were given in flames of fire, and so it is every year. And every year the voice grows stronger, already for three thousand three hundred and thirty years.
