Prayer for the New Moon of Sivan 5778

With the help of Heaven, for the sake of the unification of the Holy One, Blessed be He, and His Shechinah (Divine Presence), in awe and love, in the name of all Israel.
Prayer from our teacher, the tzaddik,
Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a
For the time of the Molad of the month of Sivan 5778
The Molad of the month of Sivan is Tuesday morning at 6:00 and six chalakim.
Regarding this, it is said, "On this day they came to the wilderness of Sinai," for on this day all the worlds were formed and completed. And regarding this day it is said, 'Had He brought us near to Mount Sinai and not given us the Torah,' because on this day all the gates of heaven were opened, and all fifty gates of Binah (Understanding) were revealed with all their laws, general principles, and details. For on this day, the entire people of Israel ascended to the world of Atzilut, their impurity ceased, and they were included in the seven heavens, along with the Aravot heaven, regarding which Moses said, "Let me pass over, I pray, and see,"—the one who reveals the depths says that he wanted to be included and to reach the Aravot heaven. Regarding this, it is stated in Bava Kamma 84: Hyrcanus from within the Aravot heaven, and Aristobulus from without in the curtain (vilon).
For from the moment of the Molad, it is already possible to hear the Ten Commandments, "a great voice that did not cease," "Moses would speak, and Hashem would answer him with a voice," for in flames of fire the Ten Commandments were given, and so it is every single year. And every year the voice continues to grow stronger, as it has for three thousand three hundred and thirty years.
For now, the entire people of Israel are already ascending to the fiftieth gate, and from the Molad until the 7th of Sivan, everyone is found in the fiftieth gate. And may we merit to draw this down for the entire year. And that is why we read the Book of Ruth on Shavuot, for then many converts are added to the people of Israel.
