Many important things for the community and the individual, and as our Rebbe taught us - we must pray for everything, but by all accounts, there is nothing more important than the tzaddik arriving at the gathering in Uman for Rosh Hashanah.

It is known that Rebbe Nachman received Rosh Hashanah as a gift from Hashem, during which he rectifies the neshamot (souls) with rectifications that cannot be done throughout the year and elevates all of creation. However, during the days of the gathering, the tzaddik of the generation is needed to arrive at the great gathering in Uman and connect with the neshamah of our Rebbe in rectifications that have not been seen since the beginning of time. Thus, the tzaddik works with our neshamot on rectifications that we, in our understanding, cannot even comprehend are truly necessary for us.
