By the holy and righteous Rabbi Eliezer Berland, may he live a long and good life
The molad of Cheshvan: Sunday, 30 Tishrei 5787 (October 11, 2026), at 9:22 a.m.
As the molad of Marcheshvan 5787 approaches, we present the prayer of the holy and righteous Rabbi Eliezer Berland, may he live a long and good life, for the building of the Third Holy Temple and the redemption of Israel. Below are a scan of the original Hebrew sheet and an English translation of the prayer.

THE MOLAD OF CHESHVAN
Master of the Universe, Almighty, from Whom no purpose can be withheld: at the molad of Samach-Ron = Choshen-Mor, grant us the merit that the Third Holy Temple be built, for which we have waited more than 2000 years.
And we go only from misfortune to misfortune. Only eighty years ago we endured a terrible Holocaust, in which 6–9 million righteous, holy and pure souls were taken from us—awesome righteous souls, the like of whom had never existed since the beginning of the world. And only on Simchat Torah three years ago, 2000 holy and pure men and women were taken from us, the like of whom had never existed since the beginning of the world.
And now we have no help or support except in the building of the Third Holy Temple, which will be built in the month of Mar-Cheshvan, Choshen-Mor = Samach-Ron, in this year that comes upon us for good, and upon all Your people, the House of Israel, for good.
And may the verse be fulfilled in us: ‘From whose womb did the ice come forth, and who gave birth to the frost of heaven?’ [Job 38].
‘Beten’ (‘womb’) has the same numerical value as ‘Avichayil,’ alluding to the revelation of Esther daughter of Avichayil and Mordechai the Jew, which will take place in the month of Mar-Cheshvan, Samach-Ron, Choshen-Mor.
