Prayer: Prayers for Guarding the Eyes in the Mikveh
Master
of the Universe, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me the merit in the blink of an eye to attain the holiness of the covenant in ultimate holiness and purity. I will never again blemish my covenant, I will never again look at that place, and I will never touch that place. Whenever I undress and dress, whether at home or in the mikveh, I will do so in ultimate holy modesty and purity. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent, Strongest of the strong, Victor over all victors, sanctify and purify me with the holiness of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman), with the holiness of the Holy of Holies. May I merit the peak of holiness and purity, to study Torah day and night without pause with immense desire. I will never again look at any girl or woman in the world at all. I will know that every woman is dressed in the garments of the S"M (the evil inclination), and every girl is dressed in the garments of Lilith (the female force of impurity). I am not actually seeing a woman or girl, but rather the S"M and Lilith, Hashem protect us. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, sanctify me with the holiness of the Holy of Holies. From today on, I will guard my eyes in ultimate holiness, and completely close them from the sights of this world. I will never again see any woman until the end of my life.

of the Universe, teach me that every woman is clothed in the kelipah (impure shell) of a dog (kelev) and a donkey (chamor). Therefore, it is forbidden to look at any woman, because chamor (254) + kelev (52) = 306, which equals ishah (woman = 306). Therefore, one must guard the holy covenant to subdue the kelipah of a woman twice over, which is why bris (covenant = 612) equals ishah (306) + ishah (306) = 612. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, act according to Your infinite kindness and mercy. Make it so that from this day onward, I will guard the holy covenant in ultimate perfection. May I merit from now on never to touch that place at all, nor look at that place at all. From this day onward, I will not go to the mikveh alone, and I will dress and undress in the mikveh in ultimate holy modesty and purity. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Strongest of the strong, reveal to me the secret of the Leviathan hinted at in the verse "For my sake (lema'ani = 200) and for the sake of (ulema'an = 196) David (14) My servant (avdi = 86)" = Livyatan (Leviathan = 496). Please, Merciful and Gracious One, from this day onward, I will study with immense, infinite, and unfathomable desire. From this day onward, I will study Torah day and night without stopping for a moment, and from now on I will study several hours every day of Gemara, Likutey Halachos, and Likutey Moharan. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent, Mighty over all the mighty, act according to Your infinite mercy and kindness, that from this day onward I will overcome all my infinite lusts. I will strip my body of the body of the snake, and merit to completely shed the skin of the snake from myself, which is the 'skin of the serpent' (mishka d'chivya). May I merit to wear the garments of Shabbos, which is a holy body from the Garden of Eden, and in this merit, I will attain pure, clear, and clean thoughts forever and ever.

of the Universe, grant me the merit of humility in ultimate holiness and purity. May I always know that I am an absolute nothing. In this merit, may I guard the holy covenant in ultimate holiness and purity, infinitely and unfathomably. I will never again look at any woman in the world at all. I will know that every woman is the Satan himself, clothed in the garments of Lilith, and I am seeing the Satan, not a woman; Lilith, not a woman. And so it will be until the Resurrection of the Dead, until all garments and bodies are exchanged, and we will then merit holy bodies from the Garden of Eden. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me the merit from now until eternity to study Torah day and night with immense desire without pause. I will not give sleep to my eyes nor slumber to my eyelids, and I will only want to study Torah without a moment's interruption. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me the merit from now on for the holiness of the covenant in ultimate holiness and purity, and may I attain the holiness of the covenant in ultimate perfection like our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman). May I hate matters of lust with ultimate hatred. I will never again touch that place, never look at that place, and I will not go to the mikveh when there are no people there. Even there, I will conduct myself in ultimate holiness and purity, and always dress and undress in ultimate holiness.

of the Universe, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me the merit of the point within the letter Beis of Bereishis (In the beginning), which is the secret of the Geulah (Redemption), the secret of "To the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end" (Tikkun 29). Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, give me my true soulmate in the blink of an eye, and may she have ultimate fear of Heaven, in the secret of "to rest a blessing upon your house," in the secret of "Hashem acquired me at the beginning of His way." May I merit a kosher bride about whom it is said, "A locked garden is my sister, my bride, a locked spring, a sealed fountain." Through her, may I merit the garden of the Torah portions, to understand them according to Pardes (Peshat, Remez, Derush, Sod - the four levels of Torah interpretation), and may all the 600,000 explanations contained in every letter and word be revealed to me. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me the merit of the gladdening wine, the wine preserved in its grapes, the wine of Torah, which is drawn from the Sefirah of Binah (Understanding), through which You created the entire world. Save me from the 'clusters of bitterness' and the 'cruel venom of serpents', as it is written, "For their clusters are bitter" and "the cruel venom of serpents," which comes about through the terrible blemishes of the covenant that I have stumbled in from my youth until this very day. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me the merit to rectify the Name Matzpatz (a substitution cipher for Hashem's Name) = 300, which is the root of the 'wine preserved in its grapes'. May I merit a pitcher (kankan = 300) full of old wine, and to rectify the blemish of Adam HaRishon (the First Man), who, by blemishing the covenant, turned the preserved wine into the cruel venom of serpents. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, help me that from this day onward, I will never again blemish the covenant from now until eternity. I will never again touch a forbidden place, never look at a forbidden place, Heaven forbid, until the end of my life. Every time I dress and undress, it will be in the peak of modesty, in awesome holiness and purity. May I merit to be sanctified with the holiness of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman). Also in the mikveh, may I conduct myself in the peak of holiness and purity, and only go when other people are present. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me the merit to be sanctified with all the holinesses in the world, for You are Omnipotent and no purpose can be withheld from You, and You can, in the blink of an eye, sanctify me with all the holinesses in the world, and save me from the "dregs of the cup of poison." Grant me the merit of the wine of Torah, that I may study Torah day and night, and merit the gladdening wine, which gladdens the heart of God and men, about which it is said, "And wine gladdens the heart of man," which refers to "The precepts of Hashem are upright, gladdening the heart."

of the Universe, Omnipotent One, grant me the merit to repay all my debts, to guard the holy covenant, to never touch there, to never look at the holy covenant, and also in the mikveh not to look at the holy covenant. To have intention in every word and letter of the Shemoneh Esrei prayer. I will do the entire mikveh immersion with the utmost speed and alacrity. I will study with immense desire, and I will spend the entire day in wondrous and tremendous deveikus (cleaving to Hashem). I will study with immense and wondrous desire, and all day I will only think about Hashem, fulfilling "I have set Hashem always before me." May I merit from this day onward not to get angry at any child, not to get angry at any brother, and not to get angry at any sister. May I merit to fulfill the verse, "And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for Hashem has spoken."

of the Universe, full of mercy, sanctify me with the holiness of the covenant in ultimate holiness and purity. I will never again go alone to the mikveh, and I will never remain alone in the mikveh. May I merit the holiness of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman), who attained the holiness of the covenant to the ultimate, unsurpassed degree. Through this, I will draw upon myself the light of Hashem, the kindnesses in perfection, and I will merit "Pour out your heart like water before the presence of the Lord." May I merit, in the merit of guarding the holy covenant and never blemishing the holy covenant, the Light of Lights, and to study Torah day and night with immense desire, without a moment's weakness, and without any hindrance. Through this, may I merit to raise the stature of Malchus (Kingship), and to connect the Sefirah of Malchus with the Sefirah of Zeir Anpin (the Divine configuration of the six emotional attributes), which is the Name Havayah (Y-H-V-H). In the merit of the holiness of the covenant, the Name Havayah will not depart from before my eyes even for a brief moment, as it is written, "Fortunate is the man to whom Hashem does not impute iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit." The Name Havayah will illuminate within me in every single limb, and every single limb of mine will be guided by the Name Havayah, by meriting to bind all my limbs to the holy Name Havayah. The Name Yod-Hei-Vav-Hei will illuminate within me in every limb, and You will be my help at every moment: "Unless Hashem had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence," "You have been my help, do not abandon me and do not forsake me." "My help" (ezrati) = A"B (72), Sa"G (63), Ma"H (45), Ba"N (52), Ksa"A (161), Kna"A (151), Kma"G (143) [Kabbalistic expansions of Divine Names]. Through the illumination within me of the Name Yod-Hei-Vav-Hei, which is Havayah filled with Yods; and the Name Yod-Hei-Vav-Hei, which is Havayah filled with Yods and an Aleph; and the Name Yod-Hei-Vav-Hei, which is Havayah filled with Alephs; and the Name Yod-Hei-Vav-Hei, which is Havayah filled with Heis; and the Name Aleph-Hei-Yod-Hei, which is Ehyeh filled with Yods; and the Name Aleph-Hei-Yod-Hei, which is Ehyeh filled with Heis; and the Name Aleph-Hei-Yod-Hei, which is Ehyeh filled with Alephs. Thus, may I merit from this day onward to guard the holy covenant with the holiness of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman), from now until eternity.

of the Universe, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, help me in Your great mercy that I will never again touch that place. Even if, Heaven forbid, I have a thorn there, it is better that I die than touch that place, Heaven forbid. For 'whoever touches that place causes a flood to be brought to the world', and all the disasters that happen in the world are from touching that place, Heaven forbid. Prepared and ready for him for every single touch, Heaven forbid, are 365,000 myriads of scorpions. Every single scorpion has 365,000 myriads of jugs of venom. Every single jug has 365,000 myriads of types of venom and bitter, cursed poisons, such that every single sting of that scorpion is more bitter and difficult than all the suffering in the world. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, save me from touching that place, Heaven forbid, and save me from these scorpions and all their types of venom. I will know and believe that just as whoever touches that place uproots the entire world from its root at that moment, and removes the Name Havayah from the world, therefore his punishment is measure for measure, to be stung by this terrible scorpion (akrav). For akrav means akar bayis (uprooted a house), as it immediately uproots a person from his vitality, measure for measure, just as I caused the entire world to be uprooted from its vitality through every single touch, Heaven forbid. Protect me from now on so that I will never blemish the covenant. Master of the Universe, act according to Your abundant mercy so that I will never touch there again from now until eternity. I will know that all the troubles in the world only come from this. I will never again look at this place, and I will never see this place. Also in the mikveh, I will conduct myself in holiness and purity, and I will always have intention when I go to the mikveh (151) = Kna"A (151), for the Name Aleph (111) Hei (10) Yod (20) Hei (10) = Kna"A (151). I will always merit the Name "Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh" (I Will Be What I Will Be). I will truly know my lowliness, that there is no one lower than me in the world, and from the creation of the world until now, no person as lowly as me has been created. I will always dress modestly, and take off my clothes modestly. I will not have any movement of immodesty, Heaven forbid; rather, all my movements will be movements of holiness and purity, of true tzaddikim. I will be holy with the holiness of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman) from now until eternity.

of the Universe, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, please grant me the merit from this day onward of the "Fear of Isaac" (Pachad Yitzchak). I will never again touch that place. I will know that since the sin of the Tree of Knowledge, Adam and Eve—who previously illuminated from one end of the world to the other, and the heels of their feet outshone the sun—were transformed. After the S"M came and rode on a snake in the form of a camel, and Lilith clothed herself in it, and since Adam and Eve listened to their voice, they became clothed in "garments of skin" (kosnos or). Adam HaRishon became clothed in the garment of the S"M, and Eve in the garment of Lilith. Since then, our entire service is to fight against the terrible garments we received, which are the garments of the S"M and the garments of Lilith. This is the meaning of what Jacob said to Esau, "I have sojourned with Laban" (Im Lavan Garti = 613), meaning I have defeated the S"M (131) and Lilith (480) = 611 + 2 = 613. For our forefather Jacob never touched that place, because that is the main hold of the S"M. He suckles and draws strength from every single touch a person makes, Heaven forbid, in that place. From this comes all his nourishment and hold. Every time a person brings his fingers close to that holy and awesome place, a Heavenly Voice (Bas Kol) immediately emerges from that place and cries out, "Wicked one, do not touch me!" As it is said, "Let not the foot of pride overtake me, and let not the hand of the wicked move me." Master of the Universe, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, Mighty over the mighty, Victor over all victors, for there is no hero like You, and no merciful one like You. Help me from now on to overcome and defeat the terrible garments of the S"M that I received since the sin of the Tree of Knowledge, and which I strengthened over myself in all the reincarnations I have passed through. Now, in this reincarnation, I have merited to draw close to our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman), who promised anyone who draws close to him that he will not leave him until he purifies and sanctifies him in ultimate holiness and purity, until he removes from him his impure body, the garment of the S"M, the 'skin of the serpent', and transforms his body into a holy body from the Garden of Eden. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, from whom nothing is withheld, please send me my soulmate speedily. Through this, may I merit to be sanctified and purified. I will never again touch that place. Also, when I am in the mikveh and in any place where I undress and dress, may I merit to undress and dress in ultimate modesty and holiness, as befits one who is close to our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman). May I merit that in every place I am, I will conduct myself according to the knowledge of the holy Torah, and according to the knowledge of our holy Rebbe. It will never again happen that I touch that place, Heaven forbid, because there lies the hold of all the forces of impurity that want to suckle from that place when one touches that place, Heaven forbid. Through every single touch, billions of destroyers are immediately created that destroy the world. This is what our Sages of blessed memory said, that whoever touches that place is as if he brings a flood to the world. For even one touch in that place is enough to corrupt and destroy the entire world. If a person were to see the terrible destroyers created in the very second he touched that place, he would immediately suffer a stroke, and if he returned to life, he would never touch that place again.
Please,
Merciful and Gracious One, help me never to touch that place again. I will never look at any woman in the world again. In the mikveh, I will dress in the peak of modesty, and wherever I change clothes, I will dress in the peak of modesty. I will never see any woman in the world again, nor any girl in the world, because every woman is herself the Angel of Death, and she herself is the Satan. Every time a person looks at a woman or girl, Heaven forbid, a connection of the S"M and Lilith is formed, and immediately killings come to the world, in the secret that through the blemish of the covenant, chaos (andralamusya) comes to the world, and then "a sword avenging the vengeance of the covenant," and then everyone is killed. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, put an end to all my forbidden sights. From this day onward, I will not see any woman in the world, I will not cause killings in the world anymore at all, and I will never again connect the S"M and Lilith at all. Therefore it is said about Moshe Rabbeinu (Moses our Teacher), "Many daughters have done valiantly, but you excel them all" (184), because Moshe merited the secret of Da'as (Knowledge = 479) + 1 = Lilith = 480 (Tav-Pei). For Moshe completely subdued Lilith, and he never had any improper thought, and he never saw any woman in the world at all. For the garments of every woman are the secret of Lilith until the Resurrection of the Dead. Since he did not see any woman at all, which is the secret of Lilith—for immediately after the sin of Adam HaRishon, Eve clothed herself in the garments of Lilith, and every baby girl born is immediately clothed in the garments of Lilith, and whoever looks at a girl or woman immediately clothes himself in the garments of Lilith, bringing destruction to the world. Therefore, Moshe Rabbeinu, who merited to subdue Lilith, merited the Tablets of Testimony (Luchos HaEidus = 479) + 1 = Lilith = 480, by completely subduing Lilith by never looking at any woman at all. Lilith rides on 480,000 myriads of angels of destruction, and destroys the entire world at every moment. This is what Jacob said to his sons when they went down to Egypt, the kelipah of Lilith, for 'the master of Egypt' (baal Mitzrayim) = 'in Lilith' (b'Lilith). And he said to them, "And may El Shaddai grant you mercy before (170) the man" (311) = Lilith + 1 = 481. Aleph (111) Lamed (74) = 185. Shin (360) Dalet (434) Yod (20) = 814. [185 + 814] = 999. It lacks one more Aleph to make a thousand (Eleph), the secret of the small Aleph (Aleph Ze'ira). For whoever merits to be a small Aleph, all the secrets of the Torah are revealed to him, in the secret of "Who caused His glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moshe." For Moshe Rabbeinu is the inner essence of Tiferes (Beauty/Harmony). It is impossible to completely subdue Lilith except through songs and dances, in the secret of "And Miriam the prophetess took the tambourine (Tof = 480) in her hand." Truly, one must subdue both of them, both the S"M and Lilith. Therefore, we bring out hair in the Tefillin (184), because through the 42-Letter Name (the mentions of Hashem's Name in the Tefillin are 21 in the hand-Tefillin and 21 in the head-Tefillin), and additionally the hair in the Tefillin (42 + 570 = 612 = S"M + Lilith + 1 = 612), we completely subdue the S"M and Lilith. For one must subdue them anew at every moment. Therefore, Moshe Rabbeinu [184] erected 48 boards, each one 10 cubits, because Moshe Rabbeinu merited the ten Ma"H [150], and through this he was able to erect 48 boards, each one a cubit (A-Ma"H). And Moshe Rabbeinu, by meriting to erect 48 boards, each one ten cubits (A-Ma"H), merited to perfectly subdue Lilith = 480.
Please,
Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, act according to Your great mercy and kindness, that I will never again touch that place, never again gaze at that place, and never again see immodest people. Forgive me for all the forbidden sights that I have blemished with until today. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, act according to Your immense mercy and kindness, that from this day onward I will never enter the mikveh alone, and I will only enter when there are people there. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, have mercy on me, that from now on I will dress and undress in the peak of modesty. From now on, I will not take any unnecessary step when I am without clothes. From now on, I will place my clothes as close to the water as possible. I will take off my kippah only when I am literally in the water, and place it on the railing of the mikveh. I will never again take off any garment far from the mikveh from now until eternity.

Every woman I see in the world, I will know that I have seen Lilith, because until the Resurrection of the Dead, when new bodies will be created, everyone is clothed in the garments of the S"M and Lilith. Therefore, I will never see any woman in the world at all, from now until eternity.

They have been my undoing, and they are the ones who cause me to stumble in all kinds of failures, misleading me day and night with all kinds of errors. Even when I go to the fortress of water, which is the holy mikveh, they shoot at me all the arrows in the world, smeared with all kinds of bitter and cursed poisons, which embitter my entire life, and cause me to stumble in all the failures in the world. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me merit in Your abundant mercy which has no end and no limit. Grant me the merit of true holiness and purity, above which there is nothing higher. From this day onward, I will never again touch that place, and I will never again look at that place. Also, when I go to the fortress of water, which is the holy mikveh, I will no longer allow the Baal Davar (the Evil Inclination) to overtake me and pursue me there next to the holy waters, to cause me to sin and stumble in every kind of forbidden, repulsive, and disgusting thing. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, sanctify me with Your commandments, gladden my heart with Your commandments, and grant my portion in Your Torah. I will study Torah day and night without a moment's pause. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, may I merit to hear at every single moment all the Ten Commandments, and especially the commandment "You shall not commit adultery." I will never again have any evil thoughts, nor any evil gazes, from now until eternity.

of the Universe, Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me the merit of the holiness of the covenant of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman). May I merit to be holy and pure in ultimate holiness and purity, that I will never again touch that place at all, never again look at that place, never again go to the mikveh alone, and also in the mikveh I will dress and undress in ultimate holiness and purity. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me the merit to begin to be the Holy of Holies. From now on, I will make a completely new beginning, in ultimate modesty and ultimate holiness. I will hate this thing with a deadly hatred. No blemishes in the world will ever happen to me again. I will merit to guard my eyes in ultimate holiness and purity. I will know that every woman is the kelipah of a donkey and a dog, for ishah (woman) = 306, kelev (dog = 52) + chamor (donkey = 254) = 306. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, protect me from the kelipah of the donkey and dog, that they should not follow behind my bier, and they should not greet me after my passing. Save me from the devouring dogs, and I will not give my soul for the price of a dog, for You have forbidden the price of a dog for a sacrifice. I do not know where I am going, for I exchange my soul every day for the kelipah of a dog and a donkey. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, "Deliver my soul from the sword, my only one from the grip of the dog." I will never again blemish my covenant, the dogs will not tear my prayer, and the donkeys will not tear apart my requests. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, sanctify me and purify me with the holiness of our holy Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman), for You are Omnipotent and no purpose can be withheld from You.
