TO MERIT SANCTIFYING THE BRIS AND GUARDING THE EYES AND HANDS

Master of the world, who can do anything, strengthen me in holiness (812) of the bris (617) = 1429, and fulfill in me the verse, merciful and benevolent father (4),

“Meritorious (511) is one who contemplates (400) the (34) poor one (34), on the day (58) of bad (275) he will be saved (100) by Hashem (26)” = 1439.

And I should never see any [foreign] women again, and I should never again touch any [foreign] women G-d Forbid. And it should be from the sefira of hod/splendor (55) within tiferes/glory (1383) = 1438. Please G-d “You stretched out (469) your right arm (130), the ground (291) swallowed him up (548)”. = 1438
