Rabbi David Abuchatzera shlit"a: “Chutzpah, brazenness, the lowest of creation—this never happened and was never created. I have never spoken against the holy gaon Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. On the contrary, I have always said he is a holy man.”

Rabbi David Abuchatzera shlit"a: “Chutzpah, brazenness, the lowest of creation—this never happened and was never created. I have never spoken against the holy gaon Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. On the contrary, I have always said he is a holy man.”
As we promised, we will reveal to you all the lies—claims that there are rabbis and their sons, Rabbi David Abuchatzera, who, Heaven forbid, spoke against the Rav shlit"a. Rabbi Perster shlit"a, one of the most important activists in Gur Chassidus and among the closest to the Rebbe Rabbi David Abuchatzera shlit"a, delivered a special message: “Baruch Hashem, I block my ears from hearing slander and gossip against any Jew. It’s just that messages reached me about a certain person who supposedly took a picture with Rabbi David shlit"a in Meron. That person asked him for a blessing, made sure they photographed him, and unfortunately afterward spread it around as if Rabbi David, Heaven forbid, spoke with him against the holy gaon Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a.”

“First, I am speaking for myself. Anyone who dares to harm the peace of this holy man—Rabbi Berland, whom I personally know as an extraordinary, constant learner of Torah, who sits day and night over his learning, a servant of Hashem who is entirely spiritual and completely nullifies his body—will be harmed by it.”

“This evening I was with Rabbi David shlit"a, who asked me in these words: ‘Publish in my name that all the above things—that I supposedly spoke against Rabbi Berland shlit"a—are lies and falsehood. It is chutzpah to say such a thing in my name. On the contrary, I always speak positively about him—that he is a holy man.’ He repeated and doubled his words several times: ‘It’s a lie, it’s a lie—publish it in my name. This is chutzpah. What, can’t I walk in the streets anymore? A person takes a picture with me and spreads things in my name that never happened—by what right does he do this? This person is low.’

“That person who spoke about Rabbi Berland shlit"a has no fear of Heaven, and therefore he can also speak against Rabbi David Abuchatzera shlit"a. A low person like that can use every means in order to carry out his insane fantasy against the Gedolei Yisrael.”

“Everything they wrote in their filthy pamphlets—that Rabbi David Abuchatzera shlit"a supposedly expressed himself against Rabbi Berland shlit"a—is a lie that never existed. Sadly, people exploit Rabbi David’s good heart—he receives thousands in his home for blessing and counsel—and they twist his words. We live in an alma d’shikra, a world of falsehood, where it is possible to take the holy, pure words of people and disgrace them by turning their meaning into something evil.”

“I hope that harming the holy ones on high will not delay the Geulah. This is the exile we live in—just as the brothers seized Yosef HaTzaddik; we see it in every generation. Whoever knows the story of the Rebbe, the Imrei Emes of Gur—he was supremely holy, and they pursued him with lies and emptiness. Falsehood chases truth until the Geulah arrives. In the meantime, impurity feels that it is being choked, and it fights in every direction. Sadly, sometimes it disguises itself as people who outwardly appear to be Torah-observant.”

“Hashem should protect us from them. Anyone with seichel will not read anything from their lies, will not hold onto a single note of theirs, and will not believe anything. The world loves lies and evil—but that is the counsel of falsehood. Emunas Tzaddikim—before Moshiach comes, one must go with eyes tightly closed: ‘And they believed in Hashem and in Moshe His servant.’ Without Emunah in Hashem and in Moshe His servant, it is impossible to survive in our generation. Our conduct must be through the Tzaddik, and whoever does not believe in the Tzaddik and is not connected to him has no connection to the Jewish world.”

“The Tzaddikim take it upon themselves. The fact that the world does not turn upside down with all the accusations surrounding us is in the merit of the Tzaddikim, who take suffering upon themselves.”

“I repeat the words of Rabbi David Abuchatzera shlit"a: ‘Chutzpah, brazenness, the lowest of creation—this never happened and was never created. I have never spoken against the holy gaon Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. On the contrary, I have always said he is a holy man.’”

“Anyone with seichel does not listen to them, and in this way he is saved from their evil method of publishing lies every day in the name of one rabbi or another.”

These words join what we brought yesterday in the name of the Rebbe, Rabbi David Abuchatzera.
