Rabbi Eliyahu Abisror

On Motzaei Shabbos Kodesh (the conclusion of the holy Sabbath) of Parshas Toldos, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a arrived at the Neve Yaakov neighborhood in Jerusalem. The Rav shlit"a visited the Zechor L'Avraham synagogue, where he delivered a Torah lesson and even sang the Melaveh Malkah (the meal following the Sabbath) songs with the congregation. Afterward, Rabbi Berland shlit"a met with Rabbi Eliyahu Abisror shlit"a, the Mara D'Atra (local rabbinic authority) of the holy Edot HaMizrach community in Neve Yaakov.
