Rabbi Yitzchak Batzri
A Debate Among the Tzaddikim About When Mashiach Will Come - A Message from Heaven by Rebbetzin Batzri After a Clinical Death

The complete Geulah (Redemption) is very close. On the eve of Passover 5780, the righteous Rabbanit Tziporah Basri, of blessed memory, passed away. She was the wife of the Kabbalist, the great Tzaddik Rabbi David Basri shlit"a, and the sister of the righteous Rabbi Ben Zion Mutzafi shlit"a.
Before her passing, she recounted that she saw in Gan Eden a great debate among the tzaddikim as to whether the complete Geulah (Redemption) would happen immediately or in a short while.
Following the article we brought from the testimony of Rabbi Yaakov Zisselholtz, we continue and bring from the testimony of her son, the Kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Basri shlit"a:
"There was a debate among the tzaddikim whether to bring Mashiach ben David now or if the time had not yet arrived. Some said immediately now, and some said in a little while."
"Mother told them 'now,' but they did not heed her."
"One tzaddik with high spiritual attainment from the settlements said that in the month of Nisan, there will not be a single Jew who does not know that the Geulah (Redemption) has begun. That same tzaddik, who was very ill and recently recovered, said, 'Know that the Geulah (Redemption) is very, very close; there is a debate whether it will be in Nisan or a little later,' exactly as Mother testified that she saw above."
I understand that they did not accept Mother's words to bring the Geulah (Redemption) because she wanted to live, but my mother was a strong woman, and she ascended to Heaven (passed away) in order not to give up (regarding the matter of the Geulah).
In these very days, as we stand right at the threshold, this is what we feel. I think everyone should consider how they can strengthen themselves in the service of Hashem. When Mashiach ben David comes, he will look and see into one's face; he smells the person's fear of Heaven. And the greatest shame will be for a person if Mashiach ben David smells that which is not good, so we all need to perform teshuvah (repentance).
