This morning, Moreinu HaRav Eliezer Berland shlit”a came to comfort mourners at the Shaki home in Bnei Brak.

Last week, Mrs. Varda Cohen, the daughter of Rav Avraham Shaki and the sister of Rabbanit Tehila Berland tlit”a, passed away.  This morning, before the rising from the Shiva, the Rav shlit”a arrived to comfort the mourners.  The Rav shlit”a strengthened and comforted the family, after which the family rose from the Shiva (indicating the completion of the seven days of mourning).
