Receiving the Public on the Eve of the Holy Shabbat and the Third Meal, Toldot 5780 – The Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Our teacher, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), has returned to the work of zichuy harabbim (bringing merit to the public) with great strength and power. This is despite the fact that from a medical standpoint, every single moment of the Tzaddik is an act of true mesirus nefesh (self-sacrifice); indeed, the Rav did not come out for the Melaveh Malkah (the meal escorting the Shabbat Queen) on Saturday night after not feeling well. The Rav shlit"a held a reception for the public on Friday afternoon at his holy home in Jerusalem. We present the sights before you.
