Shacharis of the 1st Day of Chol HaMoed Sukkot with Rabbi Berland shlit"a

This morning, we merited the Shacharis (morning prayer) of the 1st day of Chol HaMoed (intermediate days) of Sukkot with our teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days).
The Rav came out for the Shacharis prayer at 4:36 AM and delivered a lesson on the Daf Yomi (daily page of Talmud) for about 18 minutes. This was followed by the Tikkun HaKlali (the General Rectification) and Tikkun Leah of the Chatzos (Midnight Lamentation) prayer (Tikkun Rachel is not recited on days when Tachanun [supplication prayers] is omitted).
Afterwards, they began the Shacharis prayer, the taking of the Lulav (Four Species), Hallel (songs of praise) at great length with all the melodies, the Torah reading, Musaf (the additional prayer), the Tikkun HaKlali, and a lesson lasting eight minutes on Likutey Halachos (Collected Laws) regarding the holiday of Sukkot.
