Shocking. A horrifying testimony regarding an attack on a child whose only sin is his love for Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

What humiliations and degradations must a child go through just because he adheres (according to him) to Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a?! We present before you a conversation that is difficult to hear and certainly not for the faint of heart among us. We are speaking here of a child coming from a Chassidic family and living in Beit Shemesh, whose only sin is his love for the righteous Rabbi, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a.
When listening to his direct and innocent testimony, one cannot help but wonder how far the persecutors of Rabbi Berland shlit"a have gone. What about all the children's tears, and what of the wounds and scars that remain on the heart?! "Baruch Hashem, I am a child coming from a family that holds by Rabbi Berland shlit"a, and I am astonished by the behavior of these savages." Thus he opens his words, which come from deep within the heart. Although the voice sounds tranquil, the more one delves into his words, the more one becomes aware of the severe saga of abuse he is coping with.
"I live in Ramat Beit Shemesh A, in a place close to the Nachlat Chen neighborhood. One day, I was riding a bicycle with a friend when suddenly the son of one of the persecutors of Rabbi Berland shlit"a arrived and started calling me 'Shabtai, Shabtai' [a derogatory slur], while another hundred children from the area gathered against me and participated in the tumult. I didn't believe it; their behavior was truly that of savages. They went to the kitchen, filled cups with boiling water from the kettle, and threw it at me. They grabbed whatever came to hand and hurled it at me."
[audio mp3="https://www.shuvubanimint.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/מפעל-הפורמטיםילד-שנרדף-בבית-שמש.mp3" autoplay="true"][/audio]"I didn't understand what was happening; the behavior was simply abnormal. They threw water bottles at us, beat us, and screamed at us. With the utmost audacity, they claim afterwards that Shuvu Banim are violent!"
"In another event that occurred a few days ago, they threw pashkevilim (posters containing hate speech) against our Teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a. Of course, I could not tolerate the slander against Rabbi Berland shlit"a, so I began to collect these flyers. Suddenly, several of the persecutors of Rabbi Berland shlit"a saw me, and with simply wicked behavior, one of them ran toward me. Naturally, I stopped in panic as he screamed at me in Yiddish, 'If you tear the pashkevil, I will tear you apart.'"
"They were not satisfied with shouting; they began to throw stones and garbage at me while humiliating me in front of the whole street. What did I do? I took these flyers of hatred because I didn't want there to be strife there? May Hashem save them; in the end, they will see the truth. After all, they already know the truth, and I know this firsthand. Once, I spoke with one of the leaders of those persecuting Rabbi Berland shlit"a, and he admitted to me that most of what the one leading the persecution says is a lie. And I say that 100% of his words are lies. They admitted to me regarding voice forgeries that they edit and publish deceitfully, while impersonating others and even Rabbi Berland shlit"a." And the rhetorical question is asked—is this the only child undergoing such suffering only because of his love for Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a?

Many testimonies reach us regarding shocking and unprecedented persecution, but as you have already seen, in accordance with the instruction of our Teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, we refrain from responding to those who err and mislead, those who blaspheme Hashem's Name. The Rav himself seeks the humiliations (as per his words), and who are we to interfere in the path of the Tzaddik? However, our heart could not remain mute in the face of this harsh testimony. We could not hear this innocent voice and stand idly by. May it be His will that this severe bloodshed ceases, the light of the Tzaddik be revealed, and the Geulah (Redemption) arrive with great mercy for the Nation of Israel.
