Completion of Tractate Berachos by the Shiur Beis students of “Nachalei HaTorah” Yeshivah ○ Distribution of a gift from The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, to the students ○ A talk on the greatness of learning the Shas

Last night, Monday night, the eve of the 25th of Iyar, the Shiur Beis students of “Nachalei HaTorah” Yeshivah entered, led by the chassidic Rav R’ Shmuel Stern shlit"a—one of the foremost students of The Rav, the gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a—to celebrate the completion of Tractate Berachos in the holy residence of The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. As soon as they entered, one of the students completed the tractate, and Rav Shmuel Stern shlit"a was honored with reciting the Kaddish of the siyum. After the Kaddish, The Rav shlit"a distributed to the precious young men a gift: “Megillas Rus – Breslov,” published by the “Toros U’Tefillos” Institute. The Rav greeted each student warmly and personally, strengthening him and blessing him with whatever he needed.

After distributing the gift, The Rav shlit"a shared several words of encouragement about learning Torah—especially about steadfastness in learning Gemara and completing the Shas. The Rav shlit"a also blessed the students with “Tzeischem L’shalom” in honor of their trip to the holy tziyun in the city of longing, Uman.
