Terrifying: Why Does Rav Berland shlit"a Have to Endure All These Sufferings?

A series of trials, sufferings, and humiliations undertaken by our teacher, the esteemed tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, for the sake of the Jewish people, to sweeten the judgments and bring Mashiach our Righteous One and the redemption with mercy.

Not only do the students of our teacher, the Rav shlit"a, know in their hearts that behind the actions of the tzaddik are great and fateful processes related to the future of us all, but many others who are guided by the path of truth are aware that there are immense secrets and mysteries behind the whole story with the Rav shlit"a.

No one truly understands the whole picture except the tzaddik himself, but hints and sacred introductions regarding the actions of our teacher, Rav Berland shlit"a, are received from the rabbis who have observed the exalted actions of the Rav over the years. In a video produced by 'Netzach Netzachim', the esteemed Rabbi Ofer Erez shlit"a and the esteemed kabbalist Rabbi Aharon Stern shlit"a reveal a small glimpse of the actions of our teacher, Rav Berland shlit"a.

Words of Rabbi Ofer Erez shlit"a

"We see now that very terrible things are happening with our teacher, Rav Berland shlit"a, that from the perspective of the state, the law, and justice, these are things that have never happened before, that a Jew of the Rav's age (today 84) and his medical condition would be left like this in detention, when they themselves do not exactly know for what."

"They are still searching for what to accuse the Rav of, but we know and believe that our teacher, Rav Berland, intentionally entered the belly of the beast to break it."

"There is a very awesome book by Rabbi Moshe David Vali called Sefer HaLikuttim, and he writes there that Mashiach will deliberately descend into the 'tree of death' - into the depths of the forces of impurity and shells, and with his great power, he will break them from within his descent, from this reality."

"On the same day that the Rav was arrested, the coronavirus was discovered in the country, and we heard that our teacher, Rav Berland, said: when the tzaddik is in quarantine, the whole world is in quarantine. Everything that happens in the world is connected with the Rav's process, he is making very wonderful rectifications in the world."

"Also, from what we hear from his talks, our teacher, Rav Berland, is not confused by anything, not even by dozens of hours of interrogation, by the terrible abuse. The Rav continues

with vitality, in the study of Torah in kedushah (holiness), in prayers, as if nothing touches him or is related to him."

"All we do know is that the Rav is now making tremendous and very wonderful rectifications in the world. Fortunate is he who is saved from the controversy about Rav Berland shlit"a, and on the contrary, to hold on with Rav Berland, to connect with him, to be in contact with him."

"There is also no doubt that all the actions of the Rav now are the final clarifications before the redemption."

"May it be Hashem's will that we merit to receive the face of Mashiach our Righteous One with mercy and kindness."

The esteemed Rabbi Aharon Stern shlit"a, head of the Ziv Yehuda institutions, son of the kabbalist Rabbi David Chaim Stern shlit"a, came in place of his sick father to speak at the strengthening assembly at the residence of the esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. These are his holy words.

"We see a tzaddik performing an action, but we do not understand the picture of the tzaddik at all, we have no grasp of his action. However, all the actions of the tzaddik are to sweeten judgments for the sake of the Jewish people. The Rav told me, 'If you saw what I see, you would lose your mind.' I tell you, dear public, that Hashem has placed me at various crossroads, Jews tell me about their troubles, and the heart cries."

"Our teacher and master, Rav Berland, is fighting with the head of the serpent in a direct battle. Rav Berland is shooting arrows into its eyes and takes upon himself all the sufferings. I heard from my teacher and father shlit"a who told me, 'I am afraid, how does Rav Berland do this? There is no Rebbe in the land, no head of a yeshiva in the land, no Admor in the land who knows and can wage the battle that Rav Berland shlit"a is waging, to fight the head of the serpent. 'Surely he has borne our griefs... and with his stripes, we are healed' (Isaiah 53)."
