The Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a at the Chumash Celebration of Talmud
Torah Nechamat Tzion

On Thursday, Parashat Balak 5778, at 11:30 AM, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a departed for the Chumash party of Talmud Torah Nachamat Tzion, which took place at the auditorium hall adjacent to Talmud Torah Sanhedrin, 26 Yirmiyahu St., Jerusalem.
"It is written in the Gemara, Shabbat (119b), that Rav Papa asked Abaye how it is possible that the schoolchildren (tinokot shel beit rabban), children aged 7-8, are greater than the greatest of the Amoraim? Rav replied, 'Do not touch My anointed ones (meshichai).' There are tzaddikim who are called 'My anointed ones,' and there are tzaddikim who are Mashiach ben David, like our Rebbe (Nachman), and the moment one travels to this tzaddik, one receives the breath of the schoolchildren. Rebbe Nachman explains in Torah 37 of Likutey Moharan that when one travels to the tzaddik, one receives the breath of the mouths of the schoolchildren." These are the words spoken by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a in Sivan 5766, and these are the sights of Rav Berland shlit"a from the Chumash party of the schoolchildren of Talmud Torah Nachamat Tzion.
