The Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a at the Funeral of His Brother

On the fourth day of Chol HaMoed Pesach, the massive "Hakbalat Pnei Rabo" event was scheduled to take place at the Tamir Halls in Jerusalem. As a great crowd gathered, waiting with longing for the arrival of our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, difficult rumors began to circulate simultaneously that the Harav HaTzaddik Yechezkel Berland zt"l, the brother of our teacher the Rav shlit"a, had been summoned to the Heavenly Yeshiva after much suffering and a long period of illness and pain. Crowds of rabbis, Chassidim, and the Jewish people began to gather to accompany the family at the Shamgar Funeral Home, and from there, they continued the mitzvah of the funeral procession to the Mount of Olives.
