The Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a at the Funeral of His Brother, the Righteous Rabbi Yechezkel Berland zt"l on the Mount of Olives

On Wednesday of Chol Hamoed Pesach, the grand event of "Greeting the Rabbi" was supposed to take place at the Tamir Halls in Jerusalem. As a large crowd gathered eagerly awaiting the arrival of the esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, difficult rumors began to spread that the righteous Rabbi Yechezkel Berland zt"l, the brother of our teacher the Rabbi shlit"a was called to the heavenly yeshiva after much suffering and a long period of illness and pain. Many rabbis, chassidim, and the people of Israel began to gather to accompany the family at the Shamgar funeral home and from there continued with the mitzvah of the funeral to the Mount of Olives.
