As a strengthening for the Shuvu Banim - Agudat Yisrael activists' headquarters ahead of the municipal elections, this evening our teacher the Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, arrived at the headquarters.

This evening, the night of the 13th of Adar I, less than a week before the Jerusalem municipal elections, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a came to visit the 'Shuvu Banim - Agudat Yisrael' headquarters. The Rav was very moved to see the activists, who could not believe their eyes: "Is it possible that the Rav shlit"a troubled himself so much to come to the headquarters just to strengthen us..?" And the answer is indeed yes! For Rabbi Berland, this matter is in his very soul! The Rav strengthened the activists to continue in their holy work of persuading the people of Israel dwelling in the Holy City to go out and vote for the 'Gimmel - Agudat Yisrael' party. The Rav continued to repeat his holy words that have been said many times in recent days, that every single person truly wants to awaken and perform teshuvah (repentance), and every secular person wants Shabbat to be kept in Jerusalem; one only needs to say one word to him and he already chooses to vote! Afterwards, the Rav shlit"a took a concrete interest in the headquarters' activities and was very impressed, while his mouth did not stop strengthening the activists to bring as many votes as possible for Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) Judaism in Jerusalem—for 'Agudat Yisrael', "the only one that fights for the Shabbat and for Judaism," in his pure words!
