Last night, Sunday, the 6th of Nissan, the bitter news was received regarding the passing of the righteous woman, Mrs. Gila Nidam a"h (of blessed memory), the wife of Rabbi Shimon Natan Nidam, may he be distinguished for a long life (yibadel lechaim tovim), one of the veteran avreichim (married Torah students) of the Shuvu Banim Yeshiva. She passed away after two years of difficult and bitter suffering from the terrible illness, may we be spared (lo aleinu).

Her funeral procession departed from the Shamgar Funeral Home via HaChoma HaShlishit Street, where the Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, went out to the balcony of his home facing the wall and recited Kaddish for the elevation of her soul (le'iluy nishmata).
