To whom it may concern,

Today, Lag B'omer, is a great day for sweetening judgements in the world, and today I was told that I could return to Israel. From Rosh Chodesh Nissan I decided to return to Israel. I myself called for the Gaon Rav Yitzchak Dovid Grossman, the head of Migdal Or, to take care of all my concerns and to prepare the ground for my return to Israel.

I am asking for everyone to unify, and to unify all of our organizations, and not to accept any lashon hara about anyone in the world that they persuaded me to return to Israel against my will. For it is my exclusive will, and the choice to return to Israel came only from myself alone.
