The Rav Released for the Fifth Time

Judge Kubo heard Rav Berland in closed proceedings and was directly impressed by him. Regarding the fear that he would flee the country, he stated that the investigation has concluded, and after a re-examination, he decided that the supervisors would be replaced. The decision: full house arrest until August 4th. His followers will not gather around the house.
Following the judge's decision to release the Rav for the fifth consecutive time, the police continued their scheme to keep the Rav in custody unjustly and requested a stay of execution. The judge gave them until tomorrow (Thursday) at 6:00 PM, at which time the Rav will be released to house arrest.
As we know, the Israel Police does not despair for a single second in persecuting the tzaddikim, and we will not be surprised if they once again seek to appeal the judge's decision.
We note that the police did not dare to bring before the judge the forged recordings that they presented to the media, because they know that this would not be accepted under any circumstances before a court of law.
The Rav's lawyers are currently working on a lawsuit against those parties who forged the recordings and released them for publication.
