The Rav Released for the Fifth Time

The Rav Released for the Fifth Time

Judge Kubo heard Rav Berland behind closed doors and was directly impressed by him. Regarding the concern that he might flee the country, he stated that the investigation has concluded, and after a renewed examination, decided that the supervisors would be replaced. The decision - full house arrest until August 4th. His chassidim will not gather around the house.

After the judge's decision to release the Rav for the fifth consecutive time, the police continued their scheme to unjustly keep the Rav in detention and requested a stay of execution. The judge gave them until tomorrow (Thursday) at 18:00, at which time the Rav will be released to house arrest.

As we know, the Israeli police do not give up for a single moment in pursuing the tzaddikim, and we would not be surprised if once again they request to appeal the judge's decision.

It should be noted, the police did not dare to present the fake recordings they brought before the media to the judge, because they know that it would not be accepted in any way before a court.

The Rav's lawyers are currently working on a legal lawsuit against those parties who forged the recordings and released them for publication.
