The Strengthening Gathering in Ashdod with the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a - Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan 5780

Our teacher, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) yesterday, Tuesday of the week of Parshas Noach (the Torah portion of Noah), at the Rosh Chodesh (the beginning of the new month) Cheshvan 5780 gathering in Ashdod - "We don't give up!! We don't give up!"

The gathering of strengthening and receiving the public by our teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, was held at the Magen Yosef Synagogue in Ashdod. The Rav shlit"a delivered his holy words, opening with the words of Rehoboam to "Jeroboam and all the congregation of Israel" (I Kings, Chapter 12), quoting the verse: "My father disciplined you with whips, but I will discipline you with scorpions."

The Rav shlit"a asked, "What kind of advice is this? What fool says such a thing?"
