Rav Berland began his lesson, "Today is the fourth day of creation when Hashem hung the luminaries, and since then the sun and the moon meet every 19 years. The nations of the world have not succeeded to this day in connecting the sun to the moon, only the people of Israel who add a leap year. All that we came into the world for is to connect the sun with the moon, the sun is the man and the moon is the woman, and we must constantly connect them by sitting together patiently for an hour or two."
