The Tzaddik Sews the Redemption – The Secret of Sewing Shoes from the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Berland shlit"a

The lesson of our teacher, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), delivered on the 18th of Teves, 5782.
"Tomorrow at four-thirty in the morning (the start of the Shacharis [morning] prayer), the shoemaker's shop opens. Everyone will begin to be shoemakers like Chanoch (Enoch), who used to sew shoes; for 365 years, he sewed shoes."
"Chanoch's son, Mesushelach (Methuselah), lived 969 years, and for 969 years he sewed shoes. After that came Lemech, the grandson, and he also sewed shoes. And after that came Noach (Noah), who sewed shoes, and through this, he saved humanity and provided continuity for mankind."
"Yosef (Joseph) is the 'ibur (spiritual impregnation) of Chanoch; he is the gilgul (reincarnation) of Chanoch, the angel Metatron. Therefore, it is written regarding Yosef: 'And he was a youth (na'ar) with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives.' And regarding Chanoch, it is said: 'I was a youth (na'ar) and I have also grown old.' Chanoch lives to this day."
"Therefore, it is written regarding Yosef: 'A charming son is Yosef, a charming son to the eye (Ben Porat Yosef).' 'Porat' means 'sewer' (toper); the letters of 'Porat' are the same as 'Toper' (sewer), for the Tzaddik, who is the angel Metat (Metatron), sews shoes—all day long he sews shoes."
"'Shoes' means that he turns the Keter (Crown) of Rachel into the shoes of Leah. The entire work is to turn the Keter of Rachel into the shoes of Leah. 'Upon Edom I will cast my shoe'—what kind of shoe is thrown at Edom? How will it help if we throw a shoe? Rather, the moment we turn the Keter of Rachel into the shoe of Leah, the Keter of Rachel connects with the shoes of Leah. 'The mighty of Moav, trembling shall seize them'—the word 'Ra'ad' (trembling) equals 274 in Gematria (numerical value), and 'Rachel Leah' also equals 274."
"The entire work is to connect Rachel and Leah, so that the Keter (Crown) becomes a shoe, and then 'Upon Edom I will cast my shoe,' and then we will merit the complete Geulah (Redemption) speedily in our days, Amen.
And after the Maariv (evening) prayer, our teacher, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, continued and said:
"There are eight hours to sleep; it is forbidden to sleep even one second more than that, because the brain atrophies. All illnesses come from sleeping more than eight hours."
"Now, everyone straight to bed. Whoever can stay awake all night, how good it is; but whoever knows he won't wake up at 5:30 should go to bed immediately and be here on time for the putting on of Tefillin (phylacteries). 5:30 is the time for putting on Tefillin."
"Light is sown for the Tzaddik…"
