In honor of the holy yahrtzeit of the Kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Azulai zt"l (1570 – 24 Cheshvan 5404 / 1643), author of the “Chesed L’Avraham” and the great-grandfather of the Chida, The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, wrote a new prayer.

With Hashem’s help, for the sake of Heaven

A PRAYER TO THE CHESED L’AVRAHAM!! The Chesed L’Avraham was a soul that attained the level of Yechidah, and in his merit the entire People of Israel exists to this very day. Prayer: Please, Hashem—by the merit of the Chesed L’Avraham, grant us to reach the days of Moshiach and the life of the World to Come. May we merit to see the complete Geulah, and Moshiach ben David. May we merit to see the Beis HaMikdash of fire descending from Heaven, and Eliyahu HaNavi bringing the offerings. And may we merit to offer them each day in its day—daily offerings in their proper order and additional offerings according to their laws. And may we also merit to offer the additional offerings of Shabbos and the additional offerings of the festival at their proper time and in their appointed season.
