There is No Sin or Iniquity that "Nikras HaTzur," the Secret of the Month of Teves, Does Not Atone For • A Prayer for the Molad of the Month of Teves

Today, Monday, the 29th of Kislev, the fifth night of Chanukah, in a few minutes at 5:12 PM, the Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Teves will occur. Before you is an awesome prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Berland shlit"a just a few minutes ago for the Molad of the month of Teves 5785:
A Prayer for the Molad of the Month of Teves
Monday, after sunset, 5:12 and sixteen chalakim (parts of a minute), twenty minutes after sunset.
Master of the World, Almighty, at the Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Teves which will occur twenty minutes after sunset on Monday, 5:12 and 16 chalakim (parts of a minute), may all 50 Gates of Binah (Understanding) and all 32 Paths of Chochmah (Wisdom) be opened at the moment of the Molad, as it is written in Pirkei D'Rabbi Eliezer 51, page 101, that at the moment of the Molad, all 50 Gates of Binah and all 32 Paths of Chochmah are opened in the secret of "Exalt Hashem with me" (Gaddlu l'Hashem iti) = 411, Teves = 411, "and let us together exalt His Name," which is the secret of the verse of the month of Teves, which is in the secret of Nikras HaTzur (the cleft of the rock) where the 13 Attributes of Mercy were revealed to Moshe Rabbeinu, as it is written, "Behold, there is a place with Me" (Hinei makom iti) = 411 = Teves = 411. For every place where it says "with Me" (iti) it hints to the month of Teves, specifically Nikras HaTzur (the cleft of the rock) which was revealed to Moshe at the beginning of the third 40 days, where Hashem said to Moshe, "I will make all My goodness pass before you," which are the 13 Attributes of Mercy in which all goodness and kindness reside, and they forgive and pardon every sin and iniquity, even for those liable for the four death penalties of the Beis Din (Rabbinical Court), Kares (spiritual excision), lashes, and violations of positive and negative commandments. There is no sin or iniquity that Nikras HaTzur (the cleft of the rock), which is the secret of the month of Teves, does not atone for, and therefore on Yom Kippur during the Neilah (closing prayer), we say the 13 Attributes of Mercy 13 times to awaken all the mercies in the world—simple, great, and abundant—and primarily that Hashem, may He be blessed, Himself should pray for us from now on and hasten for us the complete Geulah (Redemption) and build for us the Third Beis HaMikdash (Holy Temple) speedily, and may He forgive and pardon all our iniquities—intentional, under duress, and accidental—and those we commit with knowledge and without knowledge; for all of them, O God of forgiveness, forgive us, pardon us, grant us atonement. And may He bring us Mashiach ben David speedily in our days in the blink of an eye, Amen, Netzach, Sela, Va'ed.
