"They Prepared Balloons for Them, But No One Was Left to Fly Them" - The Daily Chizuk from the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Berland shlit"a

War, Deprivation, and Emunah (faith) – The Truth Behind the Headlines | The Daily Chizuk (strengthening) from the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Berland shlit"a
In a world full of changing headlines and disinformation, the truth is hardly heard. Do we really understand what is happening around us? From wars that are denied to the distortion of history – reality is much more complex than what we are told. In this article, we will look with a sharp eye at recent events, expose the lies, and delve into the spiritual meaning behind them.
Sunday, 1st of Nissan 5784, these are his holy words:There is no war in the north, Lebanon announced that there is no longer anything to fear, we are not going to war, America promised that everything will work out.
A thousand missiles a day, so what if there are a thousand missiles a day? The Jews are a people who complain about everything; they killed 6 million of them, so they complain. After all, the Jews killed 25 million Germans; eventually, they will even sue the Jews. One day you will hear that they are suing the Jews, that they are guilty, that they killed 25 million Germans. The Germans killed 6 million, so why are you killing 25 million? There is no proportion, no equality, no equality in the burden (sharing the load), wherever you look you will see that there is no equality; it is always deprivation, and who is doing the depriving? The Charedim (ultra-Orthodox).
They say, Hamas are our friends, Hamas is their "darling," while the yeshiva students, and specifically Shuvu Banim, are the enemies. Whoever was in Zikim saw in the orchard there, in the community center on the entire wall—"You (Hamas) are our friends." They prepared balloons with the inscription: "You are our brothers." This is Hamas, Hezbollah, this is Jihad—"You are our brothers, we love you"—They prepared balloons for them, but there was simply no one left to fly them anymore; Hashem simply took them to Himself, He could no longer tolerate this pritzus (immorality).
Like Rabbi Chanina ben Dosa, for whom a kav (measure) of carobs from one Friday to the next was enough—eat a kav of carobs, eat one orange a day. The Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman) says that even the priests know that this (immoral relations) is forbidden. The Rebbe brings in section 16 that even a gentile knows that this is the most impure thing, the most loathsome thing. Clinton was fired from the presidency because he had a forbidden relationship. If he had told the truth, they wouldn't have fired him; he told a lie, so they fired him immediately.
There is nothing more loathsome than this; a person cannot reach any attainment of Godliness. This is the whole concept of the Parah Adumah (Red Heifer), that a person becomes dust and ashes: "And I am dust and ashes" (Genesis 18:27). Moses said, "And what are we?" (Exodus 16:7), David said, "And I am a worm" (Psalms 22:7). A "worm" is still something, "dust and ashes" is also something; dust makes things grow and from ashes they make soap, but Moses said "And what are we," we don't exist at all, "And what are we that you should complain against us," we just read this (Exodus 16, Parshas Beshalach).
All of Lesson 55 (Likutey Moharan) deals with the Parah Adumah (Red Heifer), that a person needs to rectify all the apikorsim (heretics), all the philosophers; since they are adulterers, they cannot [attain truth], so they become deniers. A person who commits adultery has burned his intellect, burned his heart; he has no heart, he has no intellect.
All of this is Lesson 55, the righteousness of Hashem, where a person sees that Hashem is alive and enduring.
