Thousands at the Emotional Prayer Rally at the Kotel for the Release and Healing
of the Esteemed Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

The Kotel plaza was filled to capacity at the prayer and outcry rally for the release of our teacher, the great tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. The outrageous events that began with the arrest of Rav Berland led thousands of people to leave their occupations and, in the Jerusalem cold, to come and gather for a mass prayer at the Kotel, the remnant of our Holy Temple.
Seven chapters of Psalms from the Tikkun HaKlali were recited with melody and great intent. Afterward, the public continued by reciting additional chapters of Psalms, and the event concluded with the acceptance of the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven, in a great gathering, with the majesty of a King.
Dances and songs to sweeten the judgments enveloped all those who came to the Kotel in tremendous deveikut (cleaving to Hashem).
After adding his signature to the signature of the dayanim (judges) who protested against those who informed on and handed over Rav Berland shlit"a, the great Torah scholar Rabbi Shimon Baadani shlit"a, of the Council of Torah Sages, arrived to participate in the prayer and outcry rally of the Breslov Shuvu Banim community.
It was amazing to see the power of prayer, thousands of burning hearts who are not moved by the lies and bullying directed against thousands of Breslov Chassidim, members of the Shuvu Banim community, and especially against the great tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. Thousands arrived to protest against the anti-democratic persecution of religion. In the middle of a Gemara lesson, in the presence of hundreds of students and before the Shacharit prayer, those dozens of armed, masked thugs arrived, and with behavior reserved for dark regimes, removed Rav Berland in front of his thousands of students. And tonight, those who fear Hashem proved that the 'worm of Jacob,' whose power is in its mouth, is not impressed by these displays; those connected to holiness know that the Eternity of Israel will not lie.(Photo: Shuvu Banim Int, Rav Berland the Tzaddik of the Generation, After the Tzaddik)Because it is simply inconceivable to the mind. A tzaddik, a servant of Hashem, a leader of tens of thousands in the Jewish people toward fear of Heaven and holy service, 83 years old, without a kidney, after three surgeries to remove malignant tumors, with a pacemaker. They arrested him, but due to his difficult condition, they evacuated him directly to the hospital, where they prevented him from receiving visitors and proper food, and even though he underwent a heart procedure, they transferred him straight to prison. Simply delusional, worse than the difficult cases of the persecution of Jews in the Diaspora.
The lawyer representing our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a told of the holy and awe-inspiring conduct of our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a. He said that he visited the hospital and was stunned to see Rav Berland lying before surgery, with guards surrounding him. In such a situation, you expect to see a person lying flat and resting from the hardships, but I saw Rav Berland sitting with the Ketzot HaChoshen book, and with the Gemaras Nedarim, Bava Batra, and Bava Metzia. These are the Gemaras that the Rav was studying in those hours before the surgery, with true self-sacrifice, for they are our life and the length of our days.
The move by the wicked authorities to break our spirit and divide our ranks is clear, but 'It is a time of trouble for Jacob, but he shall be saved from it.'
