Today is Thirty Days of the Omer • The Omer Counting Text and a Prayer from Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for Gevurah sheb’Hod

The Order of the Omer Counting Text (Sefard):

For the sake of the unification of the Holy One, blessed is He, and His Shechinah, with awe and with love—to unify the Name Y-H with V-H in a complete unification, in the name of all Israel. I am hereby ready and prepared to fulfill the positive mitzvah of counting the Omer, as it is written in the Torah: “You shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbos, from the day you bring the Omer of the waving—seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh Shabbos you shall count fifty days, and you shall bring a new meal-offering to Hashem.” “May the pleasantness of Hashem our God be upon us; establish for us the work of our hands—establish the work of our hands.”
Blessed are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, Who sanctified us with His mitzvos and commanded us concerning the counting of the Omer.
Today is thirty days, which are four weeks and two days of the Omer
For the Conductor, with melodies—a psalm, a song: God will favor us and bless us; He will shine His face with us, Selah. So that Your way will be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations. Nations will thank You, God; nations will thank You—all of them. Peoples will rejoice and sing, for You will judge nations with fairness, and guide peoples on earth, Selah. Nations will thank You, God; nations will thank You—all of them. The earth has yielded its produce; God, our God, will bless us. God will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.
Ana B’Koach, with the greatness of Your right hand, release the bound. Accept the songful prayer of Your people; strengthen us, purify us, Awesome One. Please, Mighty One—guard those who seek Your Oneness like the apple of the eye. Bless them, purify them; with the compassion of Your righteousness, always repay them. Strong and Holy One, in Your abundant goodness, lead Your congregation. Unique and Exalted One, turn to Your people, those who remember Your holiness. Blessed is the Name of the glory of His kingship forever and ever.
Master of the universe, You commanded us through Moshe Your servant to count the counting of the Omer, in order to purify us from our husks and from our impurities, as You wrote in Your Torah: “You shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbos, from the day you bring the Omer of the waving—seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh Shabbos you shall count fifty days.” So that the souls of Your people Israel will be purified from their defilement. Therefore, may it be Your will, Hashem our God and God of our fathers, that in the merit of the Omer counting that I counted today, what I damaged in the sefirah Gevurah sheb’Hod be repaired. Purify me and sanctify me with the holiness from Above, and through this may abundant shefa be drawn into all the worlds. And repair our souls, our spirits, and our neshamas from every dross and blemish; purify us and sanctify us with Your supernal holiness. Amen, Selah.

Below is a prayer written by Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for Gevurah sheb’Hod, for reading and download:

Master of the universe, Almighty—before Whom no plan is impossible: “Sun and moon stood in their habitation; by the light of Your arrows they went, by the radiance of the lightning of Your spear. God will come from Teman, and the Holy One from Mount Paran, Selah; His glory covered the heavens, and His praise filled the earth. And brightness will be like light; rays from His hand are His, and there His might is hidden. He stood and measured the earth; He looked and made nations tremble; the eternal mountains were shattered, the ancient hills sank—His ways are everlasting. Under distress I saw the tents of Cushan; the curtains of the land of Midian trembled. Was Hashem angry with the rivers? Was Your wrath against the rivers, or Your fury against the sea, that You rode upon Your horses—Your chariots of salvation? Your bow was laid bare; oaths to the tribes were spoken, Selah; You split the earth with rivers. The mountains saw You and trembled; a torrent of water passed; the deep gave forth its voice; it lifted its hands on high” (Habakkuk 3). Please, Hashem—through Your mighty acts, split mountains: “And they shall come into the caves of the rocks and into the holes of the dust, from before the dread of Hashem and from the splendor of His majesty, when He rises to terrify the earth. On that day, a man will cast away his idols of silver and his idols of gold that they made for him to bow to—to the moles and to the bats—so as to come into the clefts of the rocks and into the crags of the cliffs, from before the dread of Hashem and from the splendor of His majesty, when He rises to terrify the earth. And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all precious vessels. And the haughtiness of man shall be bowed down, and the pride of men shall be brought low, and Hashem alone shall be exalted on that day” [Isaiah 2].
