Today is Thirty-Four Days of the Omer • The Sefiras HaOmer Text and a Prayer from the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for Yesod she'be'Hod

The Order of the Sefiras HaOmer (Counting of the Omer) Text (Nusach Sefard):
For the sake of the unification of the Holy One, Blessed be He, and His Shechinah (Divine Presence), in awe and love, to unify the Name Yud-Kei with Vav-Kei in a perfect unity, in the name of all Israel. Behold, I am prepared and ready to fulfill the positive commandment of Sefiras HaOmer (Counting of the Omer) as it is written in the Torah: "And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the Omer of the wave offering; seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh week you shall count fifty days, and you shall offer a new meal offering to Hashem." May the pleasantness of the Lord our G-d be upon us; and may He establish the work of our hands for us, and the work of our hands, may He establish it.
Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning the counting of the Omer.
Today is thirty-four days, which are four weeks and six days of the Omer.
For the conductor, with string music, a psalm, a song: May G-d be gracious to us and bless us, may He cause His face to shine upon us, Selah. To know Your way on earth, Your salvation among all nations. The peoples will thank You, O G-d, all the peoples will thank You. Nations will rejoice and sing for joy, for You will judge the peoples justly and lead the nations on earth, Selah. The peoples will thank You, O G-d, all the peoples will thank You. The earth has yielded its harvest, G-d, our G-d, will bless us. G-d will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.
We beg You, with the strength of Your right hand's greatness, untie the bundled sins. Accept the prayer of Your people; strengthen us, purify us, O Awesome One. Please, O Mighty One, those who seek Your unity, guard them like the pupil of an eye. Bless them, purify them, may the mercy of Your righteousness always reward them. Powerful Holy One, in Your abundant goodness, lead Your congregation. Unique and Exalted One, turn to Your people, those who remember Your holiness. Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom forever and ever.
Master of the Universe, You commanded us through Moses Your servant to count Sefiras HaOmer, in order to purify us from our klipos (spiritual husks) and our impurities, as You have written in Your Torah: "And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the Omer of the wave offering; seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh week you shall count fifty days." This is so that the souls of Your people Israel may be purified from their defilement. Therefore, may it be Your will, Hashem our G-d and G-d of our fathers, that in the merit of Sefiras HaOmer that I counted today, that which I blemished in the Sefirah (Divine Attribute) of Yesod she'be'Hod (Foundation within Splendor) shall be rectified, and I shall be purified and sanctified with the holiness from Above. Through this, may abundant bounty be bestowed upon all the worlds, to rectify our Nefesh, Ruach, and Neshamah (levels of the soul) from every dross and blemish, and to purify us and sanctify us with Your supernal holiness, Amen Selah.
Before you is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) for Yesod she'be'Hod, for reading and download:
Master of the Universe, Almighty One, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, merit us in the counting of Yesod she'be'Hod (Foundation within Splendor) to completely and perfectly rectify the Sefirah of Yesod and the Sefirah of Hod. For then, the Chochmah Sestima'ah (Hidden Wisdom) of the Atik d'Atikin (Ancient of Ancients), the most hidden of all hidden things, is revealed. Just as the Jewish people sanctified the Azarah (Temple Courtyard) during the time of the Holy Temple until... today. And now, in the Shemittah (Sabbatical) year, we must fulfill the command: "you shall not reap its aftergrowth and you shall not pick the grapes of your untrimmed vines." Through this, we shall ascend to the Rakia Aravos (the seventh heaven), where the treasuries of life, the treasuries of healing, and all salvations are found. All of this is by the merit of being in the state of Hod she'be'Hod (Splendor within Splendor) at the place of Rabbi Shimon (bar Yochai), for Rabbi Shimon is worthy to rely upon in a time of distress, as he is the "Sabbath of all days."
