Today is Twenty-Nine Days of the Omer • The Omer-Counting Text and a Prayer from the holy gaon and tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for Chesed within Hod

The Order of the Omer-Counting Text (Sefard):

For the sake of the unification of the Holy One, blessed be He, and His Shechinah, with awe and with love—to unify the Name Y-H with V-H in a complete unification, in the name of all Israel. Behold, I am ready and prepared to fulfill the positive mitzvah of counting the Omer, as it is written in the Torah: “And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbos, from the day you bring the Omer of the waving—seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh week you shall count fifty days, and you shall bring a new meal-offering to Hashem.” And may the pleasantness of Hashem our God be upon us; establish for us the work of our hands—establish the work of our hands.

Blessed are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, Who sanctified us with His mitzvos and commanded us concerning the counting of the Omer.

Today is twenty-nine days, which are four weeks and one day of the Omer

For the conductor, with melodies, a psalm—a song: God be gracious to us and bless us; may He shine His face with us, Selah. That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations. Peoples will thank You, O God; peoples will thank You—all of them. Nations will rejoice and sing, for You will judge peoples with fairness, and guide nations on earth, Selah. Peoples will thank You, O God; peoples will thank You—all of them. The earth has yielded its produce; God, our God, will bless us. God will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.
Ana B’Koach, with the greatness of Your right hand, release the bound. Accept the song of Your people; strengthen us, purify us, Awesome One. Please, Mighty One—guard, like the apple of the eye, those who seek Your oneness. Bless them, purify them; with the compassion of Your righteousness, always bestow upon them. Powerful, Holy One—lead Your congregation with Your abundant goodness. Singular and Exalted One—turn to Your people, those who remember Your holiness. Blessed is the Name of the glory of His kingship forever and ever.
Master of the world, You commanded us through Moshe Your servant to count the Omer, in order to purify us from our kelipos and from our impurities, as You wrote in Your Torah: “And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbos, from the day you bring the Omer of the waving—seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh week you shall count fifty days.” So that the souls of Your people Israel may be purified from their defilement. Therefore, may it be Your will, Hashem our God and God of our fathers, that in the merit of the Omer-counting that I counted today, whatever I damaged in the sefirah Chesed within Hod be repaired; and may I be purified and sanctified with the holiness from Above. Through this, may abundant shefa be drawn down in all the worlds—repairing our souls, our spirits, and our neshamas from every dross and blemish, and purifying us and sanctifying us with Your supernal holiness. Amen, Selah.

Before you is a prayer that Rabbi Berland shlit"a wrote for Chesed within Hod, for reading and downloading:

Master of the world—Almighty, from Whom no plan is withheld—grant me, through Chesed within Hod, to increase kindness with all Your creations, as it is written: “Who creates many living beings and their needs, for all that You created to give life through them to the soul of every living thing.” And may I merit, in the sefirah of Chesed within Hod and in “all the living,” to give life to every living being, and to draw down for everyone shefa from the Light of Ein Sof, as it is written regarding Yosef: “And behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and behold, your sheaves gathered around and bowed down to my sheaf.” For Yosef merited, through guarding the eyes, to draw down all the shefa for his generation and for all generations—to draw down the Hod of Hashem to all created beings and to all generations. And as it is written: “And Yosef sustained his father and his brothers and his father’s entire household with bread, according to the little ones.” For Yosef is called ‘the sustainer’—the one who sustains all generations—and everything is “according to the little ones,” as it is written: “And they shall be as totafos between your eyes”—for he sustains everyone and all generations. And now, in the sefirah of Chesed within Hod, this is the time to draw down the shefa for the entire world and for all generations.
