Rav Tzvi Hori, shlita, is the head of the 'Kiryat Baal Shem Tov' institutions in Netivot. Recently, Rav Hori,who is also a very well-known kabbalist, joined the prayers with Rav Berland's kehilla in Jerusalem, and received a blessing from the Rav, shlita.
