As we're slowly getting back to normal operation after the malicious hacking of our English and Hebrew websites, which took them off-line for more than two weeks, we're pleased to share with you the latest English clip from Rav Ofer Erez, shlita.

In this five minute clip,  Rav Ofer teaches us about the real happiness and joy that Hashem gets from every little action we do down here in this material world. Rav Ofer also explains how it's specifically through our struggles and challenges that we can give Hashem so much joy.

So when the going gets tough, we need to to always remember how every word and every action that we're experiencing, especially when it comes to the enormous spiritual hardships each of us is facing today, means so much to Hashem, our Creator.
