The Rav's Letter
Below is the text of the letter as it was delivered to the editorial board:
With the help of Heaven — 14 Marcheshvan 5787.
לש"מ
A Clarion Call to Save Judaism and the Torah.
Everyone must vote Gimel,
because this is the only ballot slip that protects the Torah and those who study it.
If, Heaven forbid, Gimel does not succeed in significantly increasing its power this coming Tuesday, then they will put 90,000 yeshiva students in prison, and every single month up to 10,000 who are obligated to draft. Yair Golan has announced that he will close all the chadarim (Torah schools for children), cancel brit milah (circumcision), and there will be public transportation on Shabbat, Heaven forbid, and they will cancel kosher phones, along with many other terrible decrees.
Therefore, everyone must vote Gimel,
and each person should bring another 50 people with them — and immediately in the morning, in order to proclaim to the entire Jewish nation the eternal strength of the people of Israel, and through this, everyone will return in teshuvah (repentance). Everyone must be like the great Torah genius Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky zt"l, who would arrive 10 minutes before the polls opened, and said that this is the first mitzvah mandated by the Torah.
Anyone who does not go to vote for Agudah Gimel transgresses "Do not stand idly by the blood of your neighbor," and is like a person who sees a Torah scroll burning and remains silent.
With the blessing of the Torah and with great love (place for the signature).

Alongside the new recording and letter, you can also read a selection of the Rav's words regarding the obligation to vote from previous election campaigns.
