With Song and Psalm ◇ Documentation of the Lighting of the Fourth Candle at the Holy Residence of the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a
On the fourth night of Chanukah, in the midst of the days of light, tens of thousands of the People of Israel lit the fourth candle of Chanukah, revealing how a little bit of light dispels much of the darkness and strengthens hearts with emunah (faith) and hope.
Our teacher and master, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, also lit the fourth candle of Chanukah, as a large crowd of anshei shelomenu (our community) gathered and came from all corners of the land to participate in the holy occasion, with devekus (attachment to the Divine) and the joy of the mitzvah.
Before you is documentation from the lighting ceremony in our Beis Medrash (study hall), in the light of holiness and the awakening of the heart.
