With the Tzaddik, There Are No Obstacles and No Limitations
The Holy Journey of Rav Berland shlit"a to Eilat

On Monday, Rosh Chodesh Shevat, our teacher, the holy tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, arrived in the city of Eilat as part of his holy journey to bring the people of Israel closer to Hashem. The Rav visited several addresses, including 5 Efroni Street, 1 HaAnafa Street, and 166 Sheshet HaYamim Boulevard in Eilat. The Rav delivered lessons, held public audiences, and made home visits, and above all, he focused on strengthening hearts and drawing the people of Israel closer.
In a lesson delivered by our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a before the Maariv prayer in Eilat, he said, "Tonight is the hillula of Rebbe Zusha of Anipoli. When it was cold in the sukkah, he would say, 'Hashem, it is cold for Zusha,' and it would immediately become warm. If it was too hot, he would say, 'Hashem, it is hot for Zusha,' and it would immediately become cold. Like Joseph the Tzaddik, of whom it is said that everything he did, Hashem made succeed in his hand; when Potiphar tried to trick him and brought him hot water, he told him, 'I wanted cold water,' and the water immediately turned to ice.
For the tzaddik, there are no obstacles and no limitations!"
A Jew in Eilat tells the holy tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland about the great miracles that occurred to him after coming to Rav Berland. "In 1997, I fell ill with malignant cancer, and his honor (Rav Berland) entered the synagogue in Eilat where I was present and blessed me, saying, 'By Chanukah, there will be no trace of the cancer left,' and that is exactly what happened. I went to the hospital, and the doctor was confused and asked me, 'Where have you been?' I answered him that I was where I needed to be. The doctor told me that he had never seen such a thing. 'I was frightened, I thought my condition had worsened, but he calmed me down by saying that there was no trace of cancer. Thank you, your honor the Rav, may Hashem bless you with another 120 years in robust health, joy of life, and all the good in the world, just as you give to everyone,' the Jew said to Rav Berland.
At night, the Rav shlit"a delivered a Torah lesson at the home of David Elkiam, on Yerushalayim HaShlema Street, Eilat.
