Many readers wanted to know what is happening with the appeal to get Rabbi Berland released to house arrest. Sadly, the presiding judge handed down the decision to keep the Rav imprisoned until the very end of the trial – which could drag on for years, derech hateva.
The decision is being appealed to the supreme court, but in the meantime, we have to remember that everything that’s happening currently has been foreseen and even orchestrated by the Rav, and that everything will turn around for the good, bezrat Hashem.
We will not lose hope, and we will continue to anticipate the imminent coming of Moshiach, and the very imminent unfolding of the complete geula, speedily in our days.
This year is unique, inasmuch as every family will be alone in their own homes, celebrating the Seder.
We have to remember that Hashem has decided this, and it must be for a very good, important reason.
Seder night is a night of open miracles, and we will continue to anticipate and to hope for a miraculous salvation this coming Wednesday night, when Hashem will remember his people groaning in suffering and bondage, and finally free us from the rule of evil.

UNE PRIÈRE POUR LA NUIT DU SEDER
Maître du Monde, révèle-nous Ta bonté cachée qui se dévoile de la lumière infinie qui est révélée dans cette sainte nuit du Seder. Dans Sa lumière Il nous a fait sortir de l’Égypte et nous L’avons suivi dans le désert à une terre sèche et stérile suivant le fidèle berger. Révèle-nous les lumières cachées qui sont couvertes et cachées et confectionnes pour nous miracles et merveilles de la cinquantième porte. S’il Te plaît, souviens-toi pour notre bien, l’amour que nous montrions dans notre jeunesse, comme c’est écrit par les mains des prophètes, “Je me souvenais pour votre bien la bonté dans votre jeunesse, l’amour qui englobe, quand vous veniez après Moi dans le désert, dans une terre non semée”.
S’il Te plaît, envoie-nous maintenant, ton juste Moshiach, qui est l’âme de Moshe Rabbenu, et révèle-nous la Sainte Shechinah dans toute sa gloire et splendeur. Rassemble-nous de tous nos exiles, et amène-nous à Jérusalem, notre ville sainte, avec miracles et merveilles qu’aucune oreille n’a jamais entendue. Ouvre pour nous la source de sagesse de la cinquantième porte, et laisse-nous entendre chants et mélodies, des chants des anges, jusqu’à ce que la Haute Volonté soit révélée, tel qu’aucun esprit ne peut comprendre.
S’il Te plaît, puissions-nous mériter cette année d’être englobé dans Ta Volonté dissimulée et cachée, et se languir pour Toi. Puissions nous mériter cette année la reconstruction de Jérusalem de pierres précieuses, perles et saphirs, et puissions-nous manger là-bas les offrandes de Pesach dans le saint Temple qui est fait de feu et construit des Cieux.
