LIVE BROADCAST OF MERON LAG BAOMER 5780 (2020)

Every year hundreds of thousands of Jews join the happiness and celebration of the Hilula of Rebbe Shimon Bar Yochai on Lag B’omer in Meron.

This is unfortunately, due to the coronavirus lockdown, the number of people allowed into the town of Meron is greatly limited.

However, as our Rabbi Rav Eliezer Berland taught us, as is taught by the tzaddikim of all generation, the soul of the tzaddik is not limited to any specific place. Though there is a tremendous segula to be in Meron at the burial place of Rebbe Shimon, this year, since we cannot make it, we must tap into the neshama of the tzaddik from wherever we are.

To make this easier we are proud to present two live broadcasts. One will be streaming whats happening by the actual Kever of Rebbe Shimon on Lag B’omer night. And the second will be showing the well known music band which plays the soul-lifting songs of Lag B’omer at the event every year.

Please note: The Broadcast will begin May 11th at night Israel time, and will continue way into the night.
