Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Heal Erysipelas
The following is translated from Rabbi Eliezer Berland’s compendium of prayers in the Refuah Shleimah booklet. To get the prayer in the original Hebrew, you can buy the booklet HERE.
Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, may I merit to pour out my heart like water before You.
Heal (287) please (51) (401) my (340) erysipelas (666) in my leg (535) = 2280 and may I know in truth (443) that there is no (361) comparison (296) to You (50) and there is none (67) like You (463).
And fulfill in me the verse, “these come (36) on wagons (224) and these (42) on horses (178) but we recall Hashem our G-d’s name” and may I know, “that Hashem (31) is a great (43) G-d (26) = 2280 and a great King above all gods”.
And You can heal the erysipelas in the blink of an eye, and may I merit the light (207) of knowledge (479).
And fulfill in me the verse, “G-d (31) that takes out (153) of Egypt (420) like the heights of the oryx is He”. And through this may I be imbued with Moshiach (358) the son of (52) Yosef (156) Moshiach (358) the son of (52) David (14) = 2280 who will build the Beit HaMikdash speedily in our days, in the blink of an eye.
Amen, Netzach, Selah, Va’ed.
