Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Merit Emuna

Master of the world, who can do anything and from whom nothing is withheld, send (338) me (40) a complete (375) recovery (292) to my leg (263) + 2 = 1310.
And may I merit to have intention in every thought, speech and action to unify the Holy (415) Name (341) Blessed (232) is He (12).
And in the merit of this may I merit three hundred and ten (310) worlds = 1310 and may I merit all the [sheva brachot] seven (372) blessings (628), and may I merit a complete recovery in the blink of an eye, and to emunah (102) in depth (138) and in understanding (70) = 1310.
And may I merit complete emunah which is (74) without (91) end (146).
And may I be attached to Avraham (250) Yizchak (208) Yisrael (541) = 1310, and in the merit of this I will have a complete recovery in the blink of an eye.
And I will never be sick again, not me and not my wife and not my sons and not my daughters, we will only be healthy and complete to serve you forever.

Maître du monde, qui peut tout faire et de qui rien n’est retenu, envoie (338) moi (40) une complète (375) guérison (292) à ma jambe (263) + 2 = 1310.
Et puissé-je mériter d’avoir l’intention à chaque pensée, parole et action d’unifier Saint (415) Nom (341) Béni (232) Soit-Il (12).
Et par ce mérite puissé-je mériter les trois cent dix (310) mondes = 1310 puissé-je mériter toutes les [sheva brachot] sept (372) bénédictions (628), et puissé-je mériter une complète guérison en un clin d’œil, et d’une emounah (102) en profondeur (138) et en compréhension (70) = 1310.
Et puissé-je mériter une complète emounah qui est (74) sans (91) fin (146).
Et puissé-je être attaché à Avraham (250) Yizchak (208) Yisrael (541) = 1310, et par ce mérite j’aurai une complète guérison en un clin d’œil.
Et je ne saurai de nouveau malade, ni moi et ni ma femme et ni mes fils et ni mes filles, nous saurons seulement en bonne santé et complet pour Te servir à jamais.
